For Children Born Between: September 01, 2011 - August 31, 2021
Formats:
- PreK Academy* consists of learning soccer fundamentals, technical ball mastery and organized small-sided scrimmages
- Kindergarten Academy consists of learning soccer fundamentals, technical ball mastery and organized small-sided scrimmages
- Grade 1 Academy consists of learning soccer fundamentals, technical ball mastery and organized small-sided scrimmages
- Grades 2 through 6 play 7v7 with Goalkeepers
- Grades 7-8 play 7v7 or 9v9 (depends on registration numbers) with Goalkeepers
* PreK: Players must be born between 9/1/20 - 8/31/21 to be eligible for the PreK program (Therefore: turn 5 by 8/31/26)
AYS reserves the right to combine genders or age groups as appropriate if there are not enough participants to run an age group on its own.
In the event an older age group (Grade 5/6 or 7/8) does not have enough participants, we would not be able to run the age group.
Participation medals provided for PreK - Grade 2 groups only.
Game & Practices:
Regular 8-week season from Sunday, April 12th to Sunday, June 7th (Sunday, June 14th rain date)
- All academies and games are played on Sunday
- 1 Weekday Practice (not-mandatory), for Grades 2-8, team coach chooses practice night at beginning of season.
- PreK and Kindergarten Academies do not hold weekday practices
- 1st Grade Academy is coach's choice to hold a practice or not
- Season extends 8 weeks, games played on April 12, 19, 26, May 3, 10, 17, 31, June 7. June 14th is reserved as a make-up / rain date. No games are played Memorial Day Weekend (5/24).
- All Players need shin guards, socks to cover shin guards, cleats, and a soccer ball. PreK, K and Gr 1 use Size 3 ball, Grades 2-8 use Size 4 ball. Any color shorts and socks can be worn. AYS will provide a team jersey. All jewelry must be removed.

Registration will open: Monday, December 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM
In-Town Registration Fee:
Early Registration (December 1, 2025 - January 31, 2026): registration is $75
Starting February 1, 2026, registration fee is $90
Registration will close March 6, 2026 @ 8 PM
Family discounts offered for 2+ participants
Children will be placed on a WAITLIST when are group maximums are reached. Age group maximums are based both on field space and number of volunteer coaches signed up.
While the Attleboro In-Town program does not have a residency requirement, in the event an age group reaches capacity, priority will be given to Attleboro residents.
